I always flag important pieces of mail with different colors as of late whenever I do that and go back into the phone all the flags have changed to read not the blue or the yellow or the green that I choose. Is there any way to fix this I’ve been doing this fee years without a problem and now suddenly piece of mail I flag changes to red. Thanks Carol

It depends on your email provider; very few providers support colored flags, so if yours doesn’t all flags will be red. iCloud is one of the few that does.
I have ICloud. I guess it’s not working.
