Activation Lock
I’m trying to delete the apple id i used for an ipad mini but the device locked before i could delete it. I don’t have access to the email i used for that apple id. How can i fix this 😞
You will need the Apple ID and Password used to set up the iPad. Without this information, you will not be able to get past Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. We cannot help and Apple will not unless you can provide the original receipt clearly showing the serial number.
