These are all listed as compatible if you go on Apple Store and click on your AW7 SE and accessories it will show 4 compatible with your Watch chargers and 3 of them are USB A chargers.

If further posts talk about fast charging AW7 SE does not support fast charging.

Not a problem though because even 5w charges from 8% to over 80% in 36 mins.

You can plug it into any USB-C charger you may have from an iPhone, iPad, or recent Mac.

You can use the charging cable and charger from a previous Apple Watch if you have one.

You can use a Qi compatible wireless charger.

You can buy a USB-C charger to plug the cable into.
