This Wi-Fi prohibited icon isn’t one that Apple documents.

Assuming no profiles are loaded and no screen time usage, and assuming an iPhone restart doesn’t clear this, then the Wi-Fi hardware in this iPhone has probably failed.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

If that doesn’t resolve this, use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and discuss this with Apple.
