Group Text Addition

I'm looking to add a contact to a group text but I don't see the add contact ad the bottom on the list? Is it still possible to add a contact in another way? I create the group.

iPhone 12, iOS 15

Can only be done for a group imessage not MMS as outlined here Add and remove people in group text messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
