My phone is iPhone 5 and I can't download some apps until I update the phone so how can I do please?

You need to buy a newer iPhone, all new apps are 64-Bit.

Your iPhone 5 (10 years old, 32-Bit architecture) cannot update past iOS 10.3.4.
