I can delete apps on my home screen, but those apps are still using storage. How do I completely delete them from my storage? I have tried many different ways and it will not allow me to delete them. I have tried all the ways I could find with an online search. Nothing works! I have an iPhone 7 that is connected to the cloud.

That will delete it from my Home Screen, but when I go to manage storage the app is still there taking up storage.

From your home screen, swipe all the way to the tight to get to the App Library. Find the app you want to delete, hold your finger on it until the icon wiggles, then delete.
No it doesn't just delete it from your home screen, if you go into the App Library and delete it from there, it completely removes it from your phone.
