Spotlight

To access Spotlight from Lockscreen, just swipe down from the center of the lock screen, then spotlight will appear and you can search. If you do not want that feature then you can disable it here:

Settings -> Touch ID or Face ID & Passcode -> Deactivate Today View and Search

Not sure what phone you have, but on my iphone 11pro, 12 and 13, but the spotlight / torch is on the bottom left of the screen when on the lock screen on my devices
