I just got myself Apple Music. But I can't add songs to my playlist. I get the following messages: "Due to error 18 003" and "Your cloud music library cannot be updated right now" (translated from Swedish).
How can I add songs to my playlists?

I'm suggesting you reboot or power cycle your router and your computer. Both things that would happen if you had a power cut for example. Not quite sure why your reaction is never, never. Another thought, if you have a VPN disable that and try again.

I have a subscription on Spotify. And I don't need to reboot my computer and router to add songs to my Playlist. I didn't needed it when I tried Youtube Music and Tidal either. So why on Apple Music?

Yes, reboot and restart are the same thing. I'm not suggesting your need to reformat your computer or reset your router to factory settings. iTunes/Music communicate with mirrored servers. Sometimes it helps to reset everything related to DNS in order to be connected to a fresh server.

Spotify works well, Youtube Music works well and Tidal works well. But not Apple Music.
