How to resolve privacy warning

I would like to know how to resolve the privacy warning underneath my WiFi network on my iPhone. My internet works great it just says that other devices may be monitoring my websites and information.

Try this: Disabled Privacy Address.

Forgot this network.

Rejoined that network while submitting a password.
