I have transferred all the data from my iPhone X to my iPhone 13. It has now been over 36 hours and I am still waiting for apps to download. My iPhone 13 has been plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi the whole time. Any solutions?

You should be able to start using the 13 as normal now. Restart it and make sure your wi-fi is fast, or find a better one, or use cellular data if faster.
