MacBook Air M1

My barely used MacBook Air keeps freezing and I always have to force shut it down when it does this. How can I solve this . Thank you

You may try startup in macOS Recovery and see if repair with disk utilities could help.

With newer 'M1 Apple silicon' system on chip, instructions differ from older 'intel-macs'.

Also maybe try Safe mode startup, where mac 'self-checks' some system files, etc.
