I have a folder on my windows pc computer that houses all of my mp3 music files. I import them into itunes library but have trouble trying to refresh the library if I add a song to my folder. How do I refresh the itunes library with new songs in my windows folder.

File > Add Folder to Library then select your media folder. Any new songs in the media folder will be added, those iTunes already knows about will be ignored. See also iTunes Folder Watch.
