Why my iPhone can’t update and it show on the screen that it can’t be updated because it not connected to the internet but it already connected to a wifi

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.

Hard reset. -
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
