Can I charge iPad mini6 with my Lenovo laptop powerblock (USB-C)

My iPad mini6 & Lenovo laptop both use USB-C to charge.

The Lenovo has a powerblock that connects to one of the USB-C ports on the laptop to charge it, im sure some newer Apple laptops do the same.

Can I use this powerblock to charge the mini6 also?

It seems unlikely that you could damage a device by using the wrong kind of USB-C, but better to check I think.

The Lenovo powerblock says: 65W

Output: 20.0V ==3.25A 65.0W / 15V ==3A / 9V==2A / 5.0V == 2.0A 10.0W

Key to compatibility is support for USB PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging.

If your Lenovo Power Adapter does support USB PD over USB-C, then your iPad will benefit from fast charging at higher voltage. Otherwise, charging will be limited to 2.0A @5V (i.e., 10W) - this being the absolute minimum required power output to reliably (but slowly) charge most models of iPad.
