I have pressed and held the side button on my IWatch 11, Series 6, but it does not turn off. I do not get the power off screen. what else can I do? thank you
I held both in for 30 seconds and all I get is a screen that says what can I help you with.
Press the side button until you see this screen;
Then slide to the right to turn the watch off.
Do this;
Then try again.
