Used Quick Start to transfer from iPhone X to iPhone 13 Pro Max and all apps did not transfer. They are showing "waiting" status for the last 10 hours. They also will not down load, I tried to reload them after 10 hrs of waiting. Suggestions???

You can disconnect and start using the phone but you need to wait until your Wi-Fi has finished the downloads.

If you need an important app now then long tap it and request priority download.
