"Iphone Unavailable"

My phone broke and became very glitchy. Due to the glitches, I am locked out of my Iphone as it says "Iphone unavailable." What do I do to get it back ?

Not exactly what you mean by "broke." If it is physically damaged you may not be able to restore it, and only a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider would be in order.
