With Apple TV can you get other channels

The Apple TV box is a device that you connect to your TV. It comes with an offer for Apple TV Plus, their streaming service for original programming (3 month trial) which is accessed using the built in Apple TV app. It does also come with an App Store where you can download 3rd party content. Of those you may want to look into live streaming services (i.e. YouTube TV) but you would need to research to see which offers the best features and channels to suit your needs.

I found Fox News app on my Apple TV 4K and there are many many golf related apps. As I am not a fan of either I did not install them to find out what their nuances are. You also might want to investigate Hulu to see if they offer them in their Apple TV app.
