Hi joemenes,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like you want to import Livongo data to the Health app.

According to the App Store page, this is a feature: Livongo.

"Sync with Apple Health to further customize your Livongo experience. You’ll be able to import your Apple Health lab results and export your Livongo blood sugar data to Apple Health."

The page you visited has instructions under "Add information from other apps".

If you still can't get it working, we'd advise contacting the Livongo developer: How to contact an app developer.

Have a fantastic day!
