My iPhone XS Max keeps restarting every 3 minutes

My phone keeps restarting even if it’s on charge I have tried everything but it had the same issue can anyone help me please I have picture of panic

It’s usually a normal problem that should stop after letting the iPhone rest for a little in shutdown. If it keeps happening then it should be your storage that is available. If your storage is almost full then I recommend freeing up some space. That should help the iPhone restarting every 3 mins or so
