iOS 14

13.3.1 is the latest version and yes every time I try to download any version of 15 an error message occurs. I make sure it’s at 50% and charging. My carrier will not fully operate on this phone unless it has a newer update

Any device that is compatible with iOS 14, is also compatible with iOS 15. You can not load an intermediate version of iOS.
