AirPod 1st gen
Both of my AirPods have started playing sound out of the outside speakers and not the inside ones can anyone explain why this is happening or if I can fix it?

Clean them. The inner grills get filled with earwax you have to take the grill piece off. I suggest watching a youtube video to ensure you don’t break them accidentally
