Permission error opening File in Final cut pro

So I've read questions and responses concerning this situation, and have followed all suggested steps up to this point. When I select the "Get info"on my external drive, I do not have the option with the Admin Lock. It just says at the bottom that I have "custom access".

I am the only user on my computer so I'm assuming that I have Admin access since I do when I make other types of changes and can access the Lock.
