How zo hard reset apple watch which is still paired with phone but can‘t be reached?

My apple watch has blutooth not activated and can only be opened with iphone. But iphone can‘t reach watch and no code being asked. How to hard reset the apple watch without the possibility to access the menu on apple watch (and again app can‘t connect…)

Or this;

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
