I have an all-in-one printer Samsung Xpress C460W. I can print with it using AirPrint. But I am not able to scan documents, even though it has a flatbed scanner. It's not showing in Image Capture.
It is shown in Preferences.
But it is not showing here.
I was able to scan from the phone, but not showing up on Mac.
Any solutions, please

In most cases scanners need to have an ICA driver in order to work with Image Capture.
If HP does not have an ICA driver for your SL-C460W then give Vuescan a try. It supports the SL-C460W without needing any drivers.
See if HP has an ICA driver for it.
