My fiancé got an Apple Watch for me I have somebody we don’t know and don’t have their contact info anymore and I ordered a Phone to go with it because I had an android and I can’t get them to pair and what I’m reading says I need to reset it or unpaired it from before but I don’t have the ID or password and I can’t get it is there anyway I can unpaired this watch and be able to use it now
The person that you bought this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;
Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down as a bad experience.

You need to contact the previous owner of the watch for them to unlock the apple watch. If you can't then I'm afraid your purchase may be wasted.
