Phone not recognized in Itunes

Trying to connect my phone to Itunes to back up the phone. Program will not recognize the phone. Deleted Itunes and reinstalled with the same results. I don't get the option to trust the computer like I use to get.

itunes does not recognize iphone Iphone 7 plus Neither PC or MAC recognize the iphone not even in itunes. I have tried multiple cables. The phone overloaded with data and will not start. I have it in recovery mode but the PC will not recognize the phone. I have another 7plus and it is recognized just fine with the same cables. Any input?
