start up issues
Bought a 2019 Mac Desk Top Computer and it has a flashing question mark in a folder flashing and will not go past it, i've tried the command + "r" and it doesnt do anything, Any advise would be greatly appreciated
That means the computer cannot find the startup volume. Please use a USB wired keyboard or plug in the charging cable for your keyboard and then hold down Command + R on startup. If it still will not start up then take it to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be serviced.
