Hi Consistency,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering where you are trying to restore your iPhone from (Eg: back-up. iCloud)

and

what the error message says, as it may point to the solution.

Apple support has articles online that may help:

If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod:

(Learn what to do if you see an error code or alert when you use your computer to update or restore your device.)

If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch:

(You can put your iOS device in recovery mode, then restore it using your computer)

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

A factory restore erases the information and settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

and installs the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or iPod software.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
