That's not a healthy battery and, if it's the original one, it has declined thru age & use. So have the battery replaced and your iPhone 6s will perform like new:

What is the battery health level? If 80% or less, get a new battery.

85% is still low. I would suggest getting a new battery.

You need a new battery. Get an appointment at an Apple store for this.

An iPhone is not user serviceable. Do not change the battery yourself. You need to get that done at an Apple store.
