My wallet does not except my credit card

I have been trying to add my credit card to my wallet and every time it fails to add it, I have checked the banks that you except on your Apple Pay But my bank is not on the list could you please add it or do something about it I definitely need to add my credit card to my wallet and to Apple Pay

please do something about it..

and help us to use the credit cards in Libya

because we have tried multiple cards for multiple only be in banks and it also failed .

You cannot add a card to Wallet because Apple Pay is not supported in Libya. Apple has not released any information about Apple Pay expansion to Libya. Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
