Am still getting messages from the same messages that I reported. I’m also receiving messages from the European nations. Their telling me their not Spam what can I do?

Reported to who? How did you report them exactly? What did you think was going to happen by reporting them?
Apple cannot block messages you receive simply because you report them. Also posting here is not actually reporting them.
