New Apple Watch SE won't pair to my iPhone 12.

Can't pair nor update the watch software, message shows iPhone out of date, it's not (running 15 ), watch stuck on opening screen, bring phone near to watch. Tried two phones, both iPhone 12 with latest software. HELP PLEASE.

To pair the watch you will need a phone running at least ios15 or higher.

Apple Watch will not pair with phone. my Apple Watch 3 will not pair to my iphone (or any other iPhone). My phone is updated and running on the latest software. The watch has been reset and is ready to set up. It gets to this screen but no phone will read the QR screen (or whatever it that digital sphere is called). Had anyone had this problem or have an idea on how to get it to link to a phone?
