I have plenty of iCloud storage, power, and WiFi and iPhone XR still will not backup. It’s been 45 weeks now. Any suggestions?

Make sure that iPhone is connected to stable power source (on charger) for the entire time iCloud backup is in process. Also make sure that you have a stable internet connection. It is important for iCloud backup to not lose an internet connection during time of backup.
