“Lost” Apple Watch

I’ve recently misplaced my Apple Watch. It’s been over a week. I checked Find My and it says it’s home but when I go to find it on maps, the Apple Watch image appears across the street. Not exactly at a house…. Just on the street.

since it’s been dead for days now, how accurate is it’s location? It constantly updates. Like right now it says it last updated at 3:22am and it’s Home. Could the location be wrong and it’s actually somewhere else, or is the location accurate and my watch has just sunk somewhere in my household?

Depending on the Wi-Fi or cellular signal, the Apple Watch, or any Apple device with a data connection, can only be located exactly, if it is moving from time to time, to reduce the location radius.
