issue about update version of itunes

i want to restore my iphone but my itunes app is getting issue about my itunes version that download latest version but i checked in help about check for update in that i got it is your latest version. so i cant restore my iphone now what i have to do about that

If you are running Windows 7 or 8 then you are limited to iTunes 12.10.11.2, which isn't able to update or restore devices running iOS 15. Time to update Windows.
