Hello,

When i change keyboard layout when ordering macbook do i get factory made one or is the keyboard changed at apple service shop and repacked?

NOTHING is modified at Apple Service Shops.

What you order is built to your order at the factory.

Almost every layout includes English characters as well as the stated language.
