Yes, if it’s in stock. You need to look at the Apple Store online, and it will tell you if it’s in stock at the store. It is advised that you reserve the iPad online before turning up, otherwise, you may be unable to make a purchase.
Source: My experience. Almost couldn’t purchase my new iPad as I was supposed to have made a reservation, but luckily was allowed to.
