I have a corporate iPad that is in apple business manager. The user added their personal account, however left the organization. All I get is "j.....@g......com. Can't figure it out. How can this be reset so that the unit can be activated for re-use?
Is the device Activation locked? Your MDM solution should be able to remove it. If it is not in MDM, you may be able to contact Apple Support to get it unlocked.
