Hi badr14! Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are having an issue using your Apple TV box with out a remote and I think I can help with that. There is always the option to purchase a new Siri Remote from the Apple Store but make sure you get the right remote that goes with your particular Apple TV.
If you want to hold off on purchasing a new remote then you can always use your iOS device or iPadOS device as a stand in for a physical remote. For instructions on how to do that, check out this Apple Support resource.
