Disabled account in App Store and iTunes

How do I get my account reactivated? When I try to download apps or update them it says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. How do I fix this?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
