I updated artwork for my podcast on SoundCloud but it is not being updated on Apple Podcast app. I checked image requirements and looks like everything should be fine. What else should I try?

It is 976 x 976 px and thus way below the minimum requirement of 1400 x 1400 px. When you have corrected this make sure it has a different file name from the current picture, or Podcasts Connect will have no way of knowing it's changed.
There isn't really anything you can do, but if it doesn't appear soon you could try contacting Support: https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts

Neither of these is the feed: I can't get the feed URL or the image paramaters from them. The feed URL is shown on your Podcasts Connect page if you're not sure what it is.
I think I corrected it and uploaded a picture that's at least 1400x1400. Can you check again to see if it's all correct now?
Yes, that's OK. Even when accepted it can take a few days for the change to appear.
Still no change on the apple podcast...
It's only been one day. The new immage appears when you subscribe on a Mac: give it a few days.
Anything I can do on my end to speed up the process? I want to do some marketing but waiting for a new art to show up.
