Dispute payment
I have subscribed to something and they took payment after 2 minutes realised was wrong app and I subscribed but they have taken payment . How can I get my money back

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

I understand that. Another poster reported "disputing" a charge first and now is having extreme difficulty getting a meaningful conversation regarding the status of the card they want to use for payment.
"Dispute" makes people grumpy, talking has a better chance of making friends.
Exactly ... "start with threat" as opposed to "start by asking".
Besides, this was an accidental purchase by the OP not a random unexpected charge by Apple. I am not slamming the OP, just saying that "ask first" would be a better position to take.
First ... do not "dispute" until you have no other choice ... it just aggravates the situation before you even start talking.
