hello, I am trying to get my microsoft to work, and it is not working, says I need an update, but unable to find where i do an update?

If you're running macOS Monterey, you will need at least Microsoft Office 2016 will the 64 bit updates.
Microsoft Office 2011 and earlier are 32 bit only applications and will not run on currently supported versions of macOS.
