OK. The instructions were given, but Quick Start is the easiest way as long as both iPhones have new enough versions of iOS. The receiving iPhone will need to be in factory new settings (could be restored to those settings if not) for Quick Start.

What do you need to transfer? You can set up one device starting over from another, but I don't think you can sync two iPhones together.
