Battery issue with Macbook Pro

After the last update, macOS Monterey version 12.1 my mac always shows that is connected to a power adapter but not charging when in reality it is not connected. And when I try to connect it to charge it takes a really long time to detect the charger and starts charging. Side note my battery health is normal.
