How do I recover all of my deleted files

What kind of files? From where? Look in your trash on a computer or in the Files app on your phone (in recently deleted). Those items can be restored.

Can you please help me to recover a folder that I moved to Trash on Jan 5th, 2022. Also I emptied the trash the same day. Are there any options to recover deleted file from Trash?

Those files are irrecoverable. You would have to restore from your backup.
