I unable to download mp4 video on my icloud files through mac. when i tried to download it, the dialog box said unable create file. What should I do?

Try iCloud Directly:

Sounds like a corrupt file. But, before making that assessment, try iCloud directly. Using a computer, what happens when you use this link to download it: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive. Can you download it?
