Wipe old phone
I was given someone else phone. I’ve moved over to the new phone, but have not wiped the old one. My iCloud is full and I can’t back it up. Will wiping the old phone only erect the I go on it?

If you paired an Apple Watch with your iPhone, unpair your Apple Watch. Back up your device. Sign out of iCloud and the iTunes & App Store. If you're using iOS 10.3 or later, tap Settings > [your name].
